We are Milagro Mariona and Mariana Rodríguez Fuentes. We live in Tucumán, Argentina. We are communicators, activists and also friends for 15 years. We have more than 10 years of experience working in the media, training spaces and activism for the rights of women and the LGBTIQ+ community.
Our Team

Milagro Mariona
She/Her
Journalist, editor of La Nota Tucumán, and lesbian feminist. Since 2009, she has been active in the lesbian movement, first with Cruzadas—the first lesbian and bisexual collective in Tucumán—and later in spaces such as Socorro Rosa and Ni Una Menos.
She is interested in communication as a tool for protest and care: she has followed cases of sexual violence against figures of power, investigated abuse, and has been supporting a digital media outlet with a gender equity lens.
In Antro de Lesbianas, she takes her journalistic craft to a more experimental level, where a political agenda, activist archives, and questions about our existence coexist. She is also a teacher, tour guide, photographer, and Wikipedian.

Mariana Rodríguez Fuentes
She/Her
A graduate in Communication Sciences from the National University of Tucumán, she is a teacher and lesbian feminist activist.
Her journey also began at Cruzadas, the first lesbian and bisexual organization in Tucumán, and since then she has combined activism and education.
She has been involved in various alternative communication projects. She worked for six years at the Ministry of Education of Tucumán, where she was a Diversity Representative in the Comprehensive Sexual Education program, training teachers at all levels in gender and sexual diversity.
She is the co-chair at the National University of Tucumán and believes that Integral Sexual Education (ESI) and communication are tools for transformation. At Antro de Lesbianas, she contributes this pedagogical and political perspective, informed by the experience of living and thinking as a lesbian.
